Service Description

From exploring the yoga poses to suit your range of mobility, breathing practices (pranayama) guided relaxation. Classes are perfect for beginners to yoga or if you prefer a slower paced class. Leave the class feeling relaxed and renewed.

Cancellation Policy

This is booked as part of course. No cancellation unless at least 8 hours prior. If you cancel or decide not come come after this cut off No refund given. If you have bought a block of classes you can use your missed class if cancelled within the booking terms during the same term on a different day or time. Blocks of classes are booked for a continuous number of weeks in the block. So if you buy a block of 4 classes this is 4 consecutive weeks etc. If you are swapping a class for a different day please let me know. This may be at a different local venue.
