This class is perfect for all levels. We move in a gentler way exploring the connection of the breath with our movement. We move with our own level of flexibility whilst taking the time to slow down and reconnect with your mind and body.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellation unless at least 8 hours prior. If you cancel or decide not come come after this cut off. No refund given. If you have bought a block of classes you can use your missed class during the same term on a different day or time. please let me know if you wish to do this. This may be at a different local venue.
