Service Description

Through these yoga practices we can improve our sleep, reduce our daily stress levels, aid balance our day to day life. These classes are perfect for all levels even if you are a complete beginner. We move in a gentler way exploring the connection of the breath with our movement. We move with our own level of flexibility whilst taking the time to slow down and reconnect with your mind and body.

Cancellation Policy

This is booked as part of course. No cancellation unless at least 8 hours prior. If you cancel or decide not come come after this cut off No refund given. If you have bought a block of classes you can use your missed class if cancelled within the booking terms during the same term on a different day or time. Blocks of classes are booked for a continuous number of weeks in the block. So if you buy a block of 4 classes this is 4 consecutive weeks etc. If you are swapping a class for a different day please let me know. This may be at a different local venue.
