Join our Slow and Mindful Yoga practice. From yoga poses to breathing techniques and guided relaxation, this class is perfect for beginners or if you prefer a slower paced class. This is a block booking of 4 Mondays starting from November 25th until December 16th

Cancellation Policy

This is booked as part of course. No cancellation unless at least 8 hours prior. If you cancel or decide not come come after this cut off No refund given. If you have bought a block of classes you can use your missed class if cancelled within the booking terms during the same term on a different day or time. Blocks of classes are booked for a continuous number of weeks in the block. So if you buy a block of 4 classes this is 4 consecutive weeks etc. If you are swapping a class for a different day please let me know. This may be at a different local venue.
