Service Description

Join our Slow and Mindful Yoga practice. From yoga poses to breathing techniques and guided relaxation, this class is perfect for beginners or if you prefer a slower paced class. This is a block booking of 4 Thursdays starting from February 6th until/including March 6th (no class March 13th). Leave the class feeling relaxed and renewed. Suitable for beginners.

Cancellation Policy

This is booked as part of course. No cancellation unless at least 8 hours prior. If you cancel or decide not come come after this cut off No refund given. If you have bought a block of classes you can use your missed class if cancelled within the booking terms during the same term on a different day or time. Blocks of classes are booked for a continuous number of weeks in the block. So if you buy a block of 4 classes this is 4 consecutive weeks etc. If you are swapping a class for a different day please let me know. This may be at a different local venue.
