Service Description

Join our Slow and Mindful Yoga practice. From yoga poses to breathing techniques and guided relaxation, this class is perfect for beginners or if you prefer a slower paced class. This is a block booking of 8 Mondays starting October 28 October until Monday 16 December

No cancellation unless at least 8 hours prior. If you cancel or decide not come come after this cut off. No refund given. If you have bought a block of classes you can use your missed class during the same term on a different day or time. please let me know if you wish to do this. This may be at a different local venue.
