Service Description
This class gently brings together slow mindful yoga and chair yoga creating a truly accessible and supportive space for all. You are encouraged to practice in a way that suits your body . A chair can be used for balance, support or for fully seated poses if transition to a mat is not comfortable or available to you. You are also welcome to stay seated throughout the practice or a combination. This make the class possible to atone with a friend or family member even if you are at different mobility levels. From exploring the yoga poses to suit your range of mobility, breathing practices (pranayama) and guided relaxation. Classes are perfect for beginners to yoga or if you prefer a slower paced class. A slower paced class with explanations of different postures, breathing techniques alongside integrated yoga movement to leave you refreshed and balanced for the day. **please bring a yoga mat if you own one or let me know if you need to borrow one.**
