Classes are guided, unhurried and supportive, allowing time to connect with your breath, notice sensations in the body, and move in a way that feels right for you. 

 

This style of yoga is ideal if you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, new to yoga, or returning after a break. 

 

 Each posture is approached slowly, with options offered, so there’s no pressure to push or force your body.
