With classes mainly in Dunblane, Roz yoga Lifestyle specialises in gentle yoga and moving meditation, chair yoga and private teachings finding a lightness and ease through the breath and yoga asana with a therapeutic approach. Individual and group classes are focused on on slow and mindful yoga with gentle movements that nourish both the mind and body promoting a sense lightness and healing.

Yoga class are suitable for beginners with a variety of options to make the class suitable for everyone.
Enjoy guided relaxations and breathing techniques to bring balance to the mind and body, reduce stress and anxiety, help improve sleep patterns, improve strength and flexibility and mobility overtime.

My classes are for absolute beginners or if you like a gentler practice.
