Join us for a Nature Adventure Yoga Morning!
A magical summer holiday experience for children aged 6–9, combining gentle yoga, creativity and relaxation in a small, nurturing group.Together we’ll explore the natural world through playful poses, imaginative storytelling and calming breathwork — leaving your child feeling happy, grounded and inspired.

Each 90-minute session includes nature-inspired yoga, a take-home craft and a healthy snack

Sessions are held at the Dunblane Centre where staff are on site throughout. While your child enjoys their yoga morning you’re welcome to relax with a coffee in the café — and if you have younger children with you, there’s a play area available too. The perfect morning for the whole family!
Why a Children's Yoga Class?
Children's yoga classes will be light hearted and aimed towards primary aged children, include yoga inspired by nature, an art activity or yoga game.
