Individual and group classes are focused on on slow and mindful yoga with gentle movements that nourish both the mind and body promoting a sense lightness and healing.

Why you may consider private yoga classes?

Maybe because you are new to yoga? Have an area you particularly want to focus on to suit your needs. Relaxation, breath work, or more emphasis on the physical postures, meditation or a combination. Maybe you have some health concerns, or recovering from medical treatment that require and individual program, or more therapeutic approach.

Thereafter I can create a program to suit your individual needs and requirements. An investment in a private class is £50 per hour. The first is around 75 minutes. Allowing us to evaluate your needs and answer any questions you may have.
A suggested block of 4 classes saving 20% is £160. Also available via zoom depending on you requirement.
