With classes mainly in Dunblane, Roz yoga Lifestyle specialises in gentle yoga and moving meditation, chair yoga and private teachings finding a lightness and ease through the breath and yoga asana with a therapeutic approach. Individual and group classes are focused on on slow and mindful yoga with gentle movements that nourish both the mind and body promoting a sense lightness and healing.

What is chair Yoga
Chair yoga is an accessible yoga practice bringing all the benefits of yoga and gentle movement practice whilst sitting on our chair.
I am a certified Lakshmi Voelker chair yoga teacher and Yoga Alliance certified yoga instruction. T
A chair yoga class gives you the opportunity to have a class that works within your own level, always adaptable to suit any person no matter your level of mobility.
A class encompasses gently seated movement including breathing practices and short guided meditations and relaxation practices to bring balance to the mind and body.
As with any yoga class please ensure you have clearance from your healthcare providers.

Chair yoga is a safe form of gentle movement and as a specialist chair yoga teacher I can provide classes to people with Dementia, Parkinson’s, MS, cancer, stroke, learning disabilities and their carers. ​I also offer this service in assisted living and care homes in the area.
