Breath, Relax, Connect

Roz has been a Yoga teacher since 2013 and started her personal practice around 2004.  

 

Roz has studied and practiced many styles of yoga including Ashtanga Yoga, Iyenga Yoga and Hatha Yoga and Integrative yoga. Roz completed her first 200 hour Yoga Alliance (USA) training in Bali, Indonesia in  traditional Hatha yoga and later Integrative Hatha yoga with therapeutic approach where we connect to the mind, body and breath and emotions  through slow movement include elements of qi gong, inspired Scarivelli spinal yoga, yin yoga, pranayama, mindfulness and relaxation.  

 

 Now based in Central Scotland UK,  I believe in having a yoga practice that can fit with everyday living.  This concept guides my teaching and practice, which is focused on helping my students better connect to themselves and their surroundings.

 

Roz  offers classes that follow a slower pace moving in a mindful way.
