About Me

Breath, Relax, Connect

Hello, I’m Roz — a yoga teacher who believes that yoga should feel supportive, nurturing, and accessible for everyday life.

I attended some of my first yoga classes around 2000 and have been teaching since 2013. Over the years I’ve explored and trained in a variety of styles, including Ashtanga, Iyengar, Hatha, and Integrative Yoga. My first 200-hour Yoga Alliance (USA) training took me to Bali, (I was living in Asia at the time) where I immersed myself in traditional Hatha Yoga. I later continued my studies in Integrative Hatha Yoga with a therapeutic focus — a gentle, holistic approach that weaves together slow, mindful movement with elements of Qi Gong, Scaravelli-inspired spinal work, Yin Yoga, pranayama, mindfulness, and deep relaxation.

Now based in Central Scotland, I’m love offering and sharing yoga that fits real life — for beginners, for those feeling stressed or overwhelmed, and for anyone wishing to reconnect with themselves. My classes follow a slower, mindful pace, encouraging you to move in a way that feels right for your body. Each session is an invitation to explore movement and breath in a way that supports you with gentle guidance I help you adapt each posture so you can experience yoga in a way that truly supports your wellbeing.

I would love to welcome you to a class and help you create space for a calmer, more balanced life.
