New : Intro to yoga - 6 weeks beginner. This popular 6 week course will run again soon. Register your interest here. We start from the beginning, learn some breathing and relaxation techniques that to bring a sense of calm to every day stresses. Some yoga poses found in most yoga classes. These poses are taught in such a way that there is an option where ever you are.
look out for occasional pop up classses.
Each of my classes will explore, movement and how yoga is for everybody with variations offered, guided relaxations and looking at breathing techniques to bring balance to the mind and body.
My classes are for absolute beginners or if you like a gentler practice.
