With classes mainly in Dunblane, Roz yoga Lifestyle specialises in gentle yoga and moving meditation, chair yoga and private teachings finding a lightness and ease through the breath and yoga asana with a therapeutic approach. Individual and group classes are focused on on slow and mindful yoga with gentle movements that nourish both the mind and body promoting a sense lightness and healing.

Each class will explore, movement and how yoga is for everybody with variations offered, guided relaxations and looking at breathing techniques to bring balance to the mind and body.

My classes are for absolute beginners or if you like a gentler practice.
