Three magical summer mornings combining gentle yoga, a daily craft and a healthy snack in a small friendly group of just 8 children.
Led by Roz, a certified children’s yoga teacher, every session is playful, nurturing and non-competitive — perfect for all abilities, especially children who prefer something gentler than team sports.
