Service Description
An accessible practice to support mobility strength and ease. This class is perfect if you like a softer pace that feels nurturing and safe. We will practice from our chair with no getting up and down to the floor. There will be optional standing and simple balance poses offered with the support of the chair. Each session will include breathing techniques for calm the nervous system and guided relaxation to leave you feeling restored.

🪑 Chair Yoga Booking Policy I aim to keep things simple and flexible for you: 🌿 Booking: You can book single classes—no need to commit to a full block. Just let me know you’re coming! 🔄 Flexibility: If you can’t make it one week, your booking can be transferred to another week within a 3-week period, as long as you let me know in advance. 🤝 Communication: If you’re going to be away longer or need extra flexibility, just get in touch—we can usually work something out.
