From exploring the yoga poses to suit your range of mobility, breathing practices (pranayama) guided relaxation. Classes are perfect for beginners to yoga or if you prefer a slower paced class. Leave the class feeling relaxed and renewed.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please give at least 24 hours’ notice so your space can be offered to someone else. Cancellations made after this may be non-refundable. 3. Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking (or cash on arrival if arranged in advance). 4. No-shows: If you miss a class without notice, unfortunately, refunds or transfers can’t be given. 5.
