Service Description

Slow & Mindful Yoga A gentle, slower-paced yoga class designed with beginners in mind and for anyone who enjoys a mindful approach to movement. Each week offers a fresh practice while continuing to build the foundations of a sustainable yoga journey. Through a thoughtful blend of yoga postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), balance work, mobility exercises, and guided relaxation, you’ll develop greater strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness at a pace that feels right for you. No two classes are exactly the same. While we revisit key principles to support steady progress, each session explores different movements, themes, and techniques, allowing you to discover what works best for your own body and needs. All practices are adaptable and encourage you to work within your own range of motion, creating a welcoming and supportive space to explore yoga with confidence. The class finishes with calming breathwork and relaxation, helping to balance mind and body so you leave feeling refreshed, restored, and ready for the rest of your day. 1. Booking: Please book your space in advance, as places are limited. You can book via www.rozyogalifestyle.co.uk or Roz.hewson@gmail.com 2. Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please give at least 24 hours’ notice so your space can be offered to someone else. Cancellations made after this may be non-refundable. 3. Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking (or cash/card on arrival if arranged in advance). 4. No-shows: If you miss a class without notice, unfortunately, refunds or transfers can’t be given. 5.
