Service Description
A continuing slow and mindful yoga class. Each week focus on building a yoga foundation. Improve your posture, balance, and mobility while learning essential breathing techniques (pranayama) and the basics of yoga poses (asana) tailored to your body's needs. Let me guide you on a journey towards better health and well-being through the practice of yoga. All my classes are slower paced making classes suitable to everyone. A slower paced class designed for with beginners in mind or if you to practice in a slow and mindful manner. Taking time to go back to basics to accommodate the individuals range of motion and flexibility. Breathing and guided relaxation to balance the mind and body to leave you feeling relaxed, restored for the day. Reserve your spot for this class in advance.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please give at least 24 hours’ notice so your space can be offered to someone else. Cancellations made after this may be non-refundable. 3.
